1705 Mandela Parkway


This project involves legalizing an ADU that is within the form of the original 1926 house that has been in existence since at least the 1980’s without being on any official permits or documentation. This renovation includes a the code required fire proofing update, updates of 3 mildewed original front windows, a complete kitchen renovation and all new exhaust for kitchen and bathroom. Originally this ADU had only transfer grills and operable windows for all unit exhaust. The new appliances and heating is all 100% electric, removing several existing gas appliances and lessoning the consumption of fossil fuels at this residence.
